OSU FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

The fees seem reasonable for the services offered and we haven't encountered the penalties and issues we had at the larger national banks.  We are pleased to have our money stay local and stay ours  :)

We currently have two car loans, our home loan, a visa account, in addition to our banking accounts with OSUFCU. If there is ever a question or problem - they are problem solvers. If a new or beneficial service becomes available, they let us know and have changed our loan arrangements to work in our favor. There have been difficult financial times for us with job changes and they have worked closely with us to help us protect our credit rating and delay payments as needed. Working with OSU feels personal and professional - a very assuring combination when it comes to money and financial planning. With this latest loan - which we compared at two other institutions and pursued finally after a bad experience at another local bank - OSUFCU saved us money out of pocket, beat other interest rates, and worked quickly to approve our loan.
