He not only showed up on time but was there for four hours. He is very thorough and provided a report in a timely manner. He even sent it a day early. The cost was very reasonable and he was able to provide information on the property that allowed me to decide to purchase or not. He also provided a national form regarding pest control and took plenty of pictures. He explained things to me so that I could make smart decisions, was very helpful, and took his time.
