This man advertises motorhome and house power-wash and cleaning. I had him clean the house and gutters. He did damage and did not report it (broke a bracket that left the gutter hanging and full of water) threw my downspouts all over the yard (literally 6-8 feet from the house front and back), and did not even clean the house cedar shingles well. He did, however, blast a significant amount of paint off the house trim and supports. He would not accept my check (after the fact) and insisted on cash. I would not let him clean my garbage cans, let alone anything of value. My guess is that he does not have a business license or run a reputable business. I can't confirm that, but he is sloppy and inefficient. The only thing he did was show up on time.
