Green ridge replaced all of the windows and siding on my home. In total I have spent $90,000 with them From the very beginning I have had serious on going leak problems which they have never resolved. They made a feeble attempt with a caulking gun once then foisted a series of ridiculous excuses They don’t return calls or stand behind their work

I had a large maple limb come down on my garage roof. Two trusses were broken and several holes were punched through the roof. Greenridge did an excellent job.

We wanted them to build the house on the outside first and then the inside. They totally worked with us. I would rate them highly on all the things. I would recommend them to the other members. Anybody that wanted to build a house in this area could not ask for a more professional and a quality company. They were a small company. If someone messed up in this small town they should fill up otherwise somebody might listen to that as words get around and it would put the service provider out of business. We went to them with a napkin sketch design of a house that we wanted to build. They did all the documents to build by and took them to the county to get all the permits. They tweaked our plan but did not change it. Sometimes, with so many architects and planning people the service providers would make it their own house. But these people did not do that. They built a very beautiful house. The foundation was less than what they estimated and hence they gave us the money back. They were very honest throughout which was unbelievable. They were very great as they worked with us on what we wanted to do and not what we did not want to do. They did the foundation, framing, siding, roofing and the windows. One of the windows was peeling. They called us last week and told us that they would change the window which they did and locked away. If we wanted them to look at something and tell us if we headed in the right direction, they would do so. My husband was an electrician who had a friend with whom we have been doing business. He did all of our ducts and the ground source pumps. Most people had the IIT pump that was air source but our pump was ground source. So, we had 1200 feet of a two and a half inch plastic pipe that has been doubled and buried in 300 feet trenches over five acres. They were five feet down in the ground where the temperature is always fifty five degree and there was an anti-fluid type of liquid that circulated through it. It was very efficient. We kept the plumber to do the rough stuff and we did all the finishing stuff. We did the painting as well on our own. We got married in the May of 2008. We had a huge party on the 16th of August. When we talked in the spring if the outside of the house would be done for setting a date for the party, they said that it would be done. The house was framed and the favour was done before the party. They delivered the roofing material but did not start until after as I did not want it because I wanted it cleaned up. They worked with us and they even came to our party which was very huge with a 160 people. They were great. My husband had built a 300 feet shop before we built the house. The whole idea was to build a timber framed house and we had the wood for the timber. It is not a timber frame house but we applied the timber afterwards. But then, they worked with us. We made the timber frames and they put them on the outside of the house.
