Super helpful.  They came, assessed, treated and followed up for $70.  No contract.  90 day guarantee.  Call if we need extra help.  Does not get any better than this.  This is a small operation and sometimes it's hard to reach him as he is out taking care of someone else.  But, he is the best and worth waiting for his return phone call.  You will not be disappointed.

It's impossible to get a hold of Matt. He does not return calls. I will find another company

The ants came back within 30 days, and we were told that the service would be covered and he would respray.  He has not returned my phone. He did contact me through Angie's List, but has not followed up to take care of the problem.

Matt is a great guy and our ant problem seems to be over!  He uses pet friendly materials and as we have an indoor only cat that was important to us.  He took time to go over the problem with us,  and treated the house both indoors and out.  He took a great deal of time cleaning the eaves of the house and treating them too so that spiders would be less of an issue in the future.  We thought he  did a great job, and the ants are gone!  We will have him come quarterly as we think it will be a good preventative.  He is personable and does a fantastic job.  This is our first Angie's list experience and we have to say SCORE!!!!!!!!  Thanks Matt!

Matt showed up when he said he would.  Sprayed my kitchen and the perimeter of the house as well as putting powder under the house.   We have had no problems since.   His prices are great!  My daughter pays $200 for her pest controller which I think she's crazy to do when she could call Matt instead, but she's set in her ways!   Whatever he uses works really good and we haven't had any problems with the dogs or cats getting sick etc afterward.  He says it's environmentally friendly stuff .  I was really worried since we have 4 indoor dogs and 3 indoor cats.  Never a problem after he sprayed.  Hurrah for Matt!   He's the only pest control I intend to use , ever!

The fellow who was to come out and do the service was 1 1/2 hour late and sat in his truck chatting on the phone once he got to my house....When he finally sauntered up the yard, I asked him if I had the time wrong and he said, "no, I thought the appointment was in Salem instead of Corvallis."  (Wouldn't you think he would have checked the address and/or called?  He seemed unconcerned, but was nice enough so I thought..."okay, these things happen."......he then checked around the perimeter of the house and said that he would put some bait boxes out and that they wouldn't be a threat to my dogs, squirrels or cats in the neighborhood who wandered into my yard.....I then saw him out on his phone again and he walked around the yard for most of the time carrying on a personal conversation with someone and chatting....while spraying for spiders...He then went under the house in the crawl space and looked around and frankly, the only reason he isn't getting a LOWER review is because he did go down there and look around...was thorough in that regard and lots of pest services don't like to do this......

After that, he did the rat service and I  saw him taking rat poison/tabs out of a bucket that was almost empty and putting them in EXISTING traps that another pet service had just supplied in other spots in the yard..Not only did I not want him to use those boxes as I'd already PAID for that service; .I expressed concern that the bait wasn't fixed in the box and that rats could carry it out....He said not to worry.....I was CLEAR that I wanted bait boxes under my deck, up against the house and he said ..."oh, yes....I DID that and there are two of them" and he explained where they were...Later, after he left, I looked under the deck and there was NOTHING THERE.......He supplied no bait boxes, put bait in someone else's boxes that I had already paid for and had bait IN them  ...He must have thought I'd never go under there and look!....

When I noted this, I called him immediately and left a message that I'd been under the deck and he didn't put bait boxes under there as he SAID he had done..........I called back twice and he totally ignored my calls.......

After some minor scheduling issues he showed up.  He was very knowledgeable and knew how to handle the issue.  I expect no problems.  I am very happy and will probably have him treat the house again in the spring.

We are very satisfied with service and will definitely be using Eola Hills Pest Control again.  The company we used in Washington charge the same amount for outside treatment only.  If you cannot get him via phone contact him through Angie's List.

We are so pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Matt's work.  He scheduled with us promptly after returning our phone call.  He was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient.  He found several sources of our problem of which we were unaware.   Although he offered, he was not pushing us to purchase further service on a regular basis.  He offered to return if the problem was not solved and to provide further service whenever we should deem it necessary.  We will definitely keep this contact information available and highly recommend him to others. 

I had a minor problem with mice and thankfully it was caught before i
had a much worse problem. He got right to work and was able to ascertain the problem, and treat it within a hour.  Best $125 i have spent in a long time. BONUS.....He also
found mold which i would have never known i had. And even though i have to deal with that now, I am very grateful that he was so thorough.
 So I wholeheartedly
recommend Matt.

This guy goes above and beyond to get rid of any issues. we had hopo spiders among other spiders, After spraying once our problems were solved.  we now get quarterly visits and if we ever have an issue He will come back out for FREE!

The service worked out well and we have had no more ants and they got rid of a lot of spiders as well. They sprayed for spiders as they were pooping on the vinyl of our front porch and once I washed that off we have not had the problem since. He was very friendly and quick with the service. He did follow-up and ask if he needed to come back and we let him know that the service worked the first time.

We were very pleased with the service provided. It was thorough and professional. The only issue was that Matt arrived later than expected. However, once he arrived he completed his work in a timely manner.

It was for my rental. The tenants complained. Eola Hills went right out and got the job done. Their price was much more reasonable than the company used by my rental management company, and they did the exact same thing. No complaints or problems since, and it was reinspected in January.
