"Please visit our website to see the pictures of this project to see how well this project turned out. This project was done on time and on budget and turned out great. For a man that has 26 years of experience in my field sure didn't know much when I talked to him. He tried to tell me that if I poured his driveway at a 0% grade (flat) that the water would still drain and he compared it to plumbing. His words were that everyone knows that water will drain in a flat pipe. My response was yes when it gets deep enough. I don't like puddles. I know he was satisfied when we were done. I was very punctual everyday, just as I always am. I take a lot of pride in what I do and being on time. This client has never contacted me to discuss these problems. The water puddles are not in the center of the concrete, but in the asphalt patch in the front of his street that didn't have any water flow to begin with. If he would have contacted me I would have been very glad to take care of the problems and try to fix them. I have been in business for over 7 years and have only had two complaints and those people contacted me and we resolved their problems. I am always out to please my customers. As for the gutter it hooked up just fine I didn't think it looked bad. I would have changed it if he would have just mentioned it."
