A Pederson's Plumbing Inc

I have been very happy with him.  He has come out twice to my house.  One time, I thought we had to replace our hot water heater because it was old.  He came out, checked it out and all it needed was a new element.  He charged us only $25 for that work.  Nothing leaked, so quality of his work was excellent.  He comes the same day I call.  He is just really quick.  He is very polite and considerate.

They have always been very efficient and I am very pleased with their service. I have no reservations about them. If we do something large that involves a bid; they are very good at keeping to their bid. There was once when they were even cheaper than I thought they would be, and that doesn’t happen often. I will use them again in the future.

It was a matter of communications as he did state on the quote the piping was to be cpvc. But communications was poor, and it is because I did not ask enough questions along the way. I felt I had too much hand holding for this type of work as he should have been the expert and asked me the questions. I intended on filing a complaint with the building inspector but did not feel that anything would be accomplished.
