They were able to give us a price over the phone from my description of the work to be done, and set up a date to do it within the week. They arrived on time and had the job completed within the estimated time. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They brought in a couple of blowers to help dry the carpeting before leaving. A bottle of carpet cleaner was left for spot cleaning when needed. And they didn't leave until all my questions were answered and everything was in ship shape. They are by far the best we have ever had clean our carpeting.

I found him through a friend. We have used him before. He does a great job at a reasonable price. Our experience with him has been excellent. I would absolutely recommend him.

Very well; they are the most professional and expert carpet cleaners I've used, in three states. Punctual, efficient, and gave me helpful tips and recommendations. The founder came, with a new recruit; I can't comment on the other staff.

They arrived on time, did the work I asked promptly and very well, gave me some good advice when I asked some questions about carpet care. As a bonus they were able to remove some old animal stains from previous owners of the house, stains that other cleaners had been unable to remove.

They were punctual, they were also professional and courteous. The equipment including their truck was very fresh and new looking. The service was down to earth as well as very good. The cost was effective. They did great work and I was quite happy.

The woman I spoke with gave me a bid over the phone. I was uncertain of the room size so she asked me leading questions which provided her with adequate information. I scheduled the work and later received a reminder phone call. The cleaner arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and the carpet looked beautiful when finished. During the after-work conversation I learned their process is non-toxic and leaves no residue. I believe him as there was no perfumy after-odor, something to which we're very sensitive.

Our carpet was 10 years old with several high traffic areas, and had not been cleaned for about a year. The method used was "steam" cleaning with truck mounted vacuum. The carpet was cleaner than it had been after cleanings by others, and dried considerably faster.
