It went fine. He was creative using existing materials. Punctuality was inconsistent.

Bathroom is finished, looks good with only minor details that I'm not satisfied with.
Time frame had some communication challenges, but job was finished earlier than final estimate as well as under estimate!
Did a good job of containing mold contaminated space and avoiding spread of spores.
Was friendly and patient with questions, pet and child.
Excellent Sheetrock mudding!
Did some additional, nonrelated jobs with positive, friendly and efficient approach, without increasing cost!

Scheduled quickly, showed up on time, got the job done and within budget, did great clean up, was polite and gave free advice on another construction challenge I had! We are going to hire them for more jobs in the future. They seem to do a wide variety of jobs.
I was unnecessarily worried about the tightness of one of the window seals, they promptly came out - at no charge - evaluated and assured me that it was supposed to be tight because it was new :)
They were polite and very positive, even though they had to deal with my very messy cramped environment!
