They did a really good job of collecting sub contractors who were top-of-the-line. They were very good about making sure that their sub contractors were responsive to us and did not strain us out. We had an unusual construction; it specializes in ICF or insulated concrete forms. They were very conscious about helping us build an energy efficient house; pulling out things, that we had selected, that maybe we would not have been happy with. This saved us some money in the long run. The prices seemed to be fair. We would recommend them.
