They seemed fairly reasonably priced, but were certainly on the higher side that my daughter could afford. They gave me a few good ideas to change the design and I liked them, but could not afford them because I had a budget.

It went very good. He is very confident, on time, and neat. He is very capable and pleasant. I had a new wood floor put down. He did some wanes coating in the eating area. He does great finish/detail work. He had to make some adjustments to hang a pot holder in my ceiling. He did some duct work. Overall I just wanted to relay that he is very good and very thorough. He is good about not necessarily doing it the most expensive way. He takes into consideration the client and not just the bottom line.

He has worked for us for 12 years. He is honest, on time, does more than required. He comes for emergencies. He is more than a person you call, he is your right hand person. He is very pleasant to work with.

They are always on time, immaculate clean up and quality work, with reasonable prices. They listen to what you want done, provide a detailed estimate and always have suggestions for saving a few dollars here and there. They stand behind their work and check in with you to see if everything is done the way you want it. They start the work and keep at it until it is done. No running off to other jobs or dragging out the work for days. I would always check with Middlefield Construction before anyone else because if they can't do it, they have people that they recommend that are specialists and work with the same care that they do. They did some extensive remodeling work for me last year and the work was amazing.....you are unable to see where things were removed and replaced, it was done quickly and when they were done, they cleaned up after the work and even vacuumed the drywall dust that escaped the draping. I would always recommend them for their quality work, reasonable prices and just the fact that the owner carries a cell phone that he always answers so you always can contact him. This is a 5 star company!
