We discovered the leak Friday afternoon. We called Mr. Piscopo who was just finishing up another job nearby and was heading home to Cottage Grove. When I explained the problem he said he would head right over. He was there within the hour, fixed the leak in less than ah hour. Couldn't have been more pleased that we were able to get this taken care of so quickly and efficiently.

Repaired clogged sink drain but it was not a simple clog. Joe provided an excellent solution for what otherwise could have been a very expensive project.

We hired him in August and then again in September. He told me specifically what he'd do and gave me a very close ballpark figure as to what it'd cost. Whenever I asked him a question he was very respectful which I appreciated. They were very efficient and I was very pleased. They did a good job! I would recommend them to others needing plumbing.

I have been using him for three years. He installed my water heater years ago. He is really good. I have no problems with his work.

He's a great plumber. I give him excellent marks on everything. I would use him again. In fact, I have a project waiting for him.

Joe and his apprentice did not have all the parts in their truck and needed to pick up supplies.Joe charged us for some of the travel time even though it was his apprentice who actually went to the Home Depot, at $85/hour. The final bill was nearly double what we thought it would cost and he was quite resolute in accepting nothing less than the billed amount. (The filters were onlyl $200.) We would not use him again unless our house was being flooded.

This company is the most expensive company we have ever hired. We have a number of rentals and have used many companies over many years. But, Joe Piscabo charges for every little thing. He doesn't provide any appliances. He expects you to go buy some appliance, haul it home and he'll charge you big time to haul away your old appliance...like more than 3 times the charge of anyone else we have ever used. Perhaps he does good work...only time will tell. But, he is off our list forever.

Joe was a joy to have working in the house. He has a kind and generous spirit, as well as a jovial outlook on life. He walked us through all our options then set to work. The job took about half the day and Joe educated us through every step. We would happy recommend Joe and will definitely use him again in the future.

My house was built in the sixties so he actually had to go into the walls of the bathroom to change out the piping for the sink. He did clean up his mess when he was done. The price was really good, but I do not want to discuss how much I paid.
