"Some of the statements this client made is absolutely true. It is the information she omitted that makes it misleading. We estimated interior home repairs to take approximately 8 man hours. Man hour is a widely used bidding process in Construction. We sent two employees because 1 person could not remove and repair a 300 pound sliding glass door by himself. We explained to Ms. [Removed Member Name] that when two men work together they get done faster and that 2 men working together for 4 hours is the same as 1 man working for 8. We completed the interior repairs in less man hours predicted. The client was very satisfied with the quality of work but was very angry that I sent 2 employees. We were never told we were pulled off the job, we asked our employees to quickly finish the jobs and leave. Multiple compromises and phone calls were offered to the client. We do not like miscommunications and in the end of our several communications, we told her the job was free. Our company thrives on excellent customer service, we are very professional and this client surprised us being so upset about sending 2 employees, and she could not really move past that issue."
