Jim Hauser gave me a good estimate, stuck to the estimate and kept in touch regarding a weather-allowed start date. He was here when the material was delivered to be certain it was correct. He advised me about everything he was planning as the work moved into about 10 days because of Memorial Day and rain and let me know we needed a new skylight. He went to Eugene and bought the skylight. He and his crew were professional and worked hard during their time here. The roof looks great and he sprinkled Moss Beware on the roof as I requested when he was all done. They loaded all the old material off in their own pickup to the transfer station. They do not accept credit cards and I did find about 100 roofing nails in my driveway and around the house. Jim lives in Cottage Grove and I like to do business with local firms as much as possible.
