Steve Thompson responded to my phone call for a bid the same day I called, came out that day and examined and measured the exterior of my house. He provided with me a bid within two days, which turned out to be about half as much as the other bidder (a 3rd painter never even returned my call). Steve and a helper came out as scheduled and power washed the entire house (2,600 sq. foot single story with Hardie plank siding). A couple of days later, Steve and one helper returned and caulked around the windows and in corners and joints as needed. Steve and one helper spent the next two days spray painting the exterior of the house, and hand painting all of the trim, fascia boards, etc.
In my younger years I owned several duplexes and triplexes, and have painted every one of them myself, so I know quite a lot about spray painting. But I was REALLY impressed with the skill Steve showed spraying my house. He is a master with the spray gun, laying down a nice even, thick coat of high-quality paint without a single run. There was no overspray, no drips in the wrong place, everything was covered expertly. The result looks great, and I am confident that my home is protected from the weather for many years. Steve and his helpers were very courteous and professional at all times, left the place immaculate at the end of every day, and worked hard during some very hot weather.
