Tom made his 3 week goal with ease. He had a really good guy on the crew and hired out help when he needed it. He followed the plans to a "T", even when they did not make sense or when I told him to deviate. This caused a less than 5 foot wide bathroom to fit a 5 foot bath tub. No problem, however, it was an easy problem to fix. The reason I gave him "good/fair" rating is that he didn't gap the subfloor or the roof sheeting. This is a biggie and caused some hassle when roofing and when tiling. That said, Tom does pay attention to detail, did make things easier by putting up much of the nailers so that we didn't have to do it come drywall time, and over followed the sheer instructions with the correct nails and nail schedule. In addition, he strongly recommended a particular local company to purchase lumber and that really worked out well.
