Stotsenberg Wood Floors

The work performed was very professional and the results are beautiful. I had problems selecting the hardwood for this area due to the vaulted wood ceiling in the room. Reece quickly recommended quarter sawn white oak and a stain color. It was perfect. It looks wonderful. I was not in any particular hurry to have the work completed but it took well over a year to have the work done. There were many dates the work was scheduled and then at the last minute it was pushed out. I do understand that other larger jobs and changes can impact a schedule. I was v-e-r-y flexible since he came very highly recommended. In the end I feel that the changes were very excessive. The last part of my project, the stairs, was recently completed. The work results were great. The completion was not. Payment was requested before all the loose ends were finished. He needed to pay employees and his payments by the contractors he was working for on new construction were delayed. He promised to be back and complete the remaining items which were mostly clean up and finish items. So I paid. My mistake. Several times were arranged and he never showed. Not the best professional judgement on his part.
