Real Estate Service
They are great to rent from. The building was a little bit older, but well kept up and clean. We had no problems with the apartment except for one roof leak, and when we called to report it, they took care of it the next day. They offer a fair price for rent and respect your privacy. They are very easy to get a hold of, quick to respond to phone calls and every time we stopped by their office (and house), they were home and available to talk. They are upfront and blunt, which can take a little getting used to, but we found them to also be extremely kind - they even invited us over for thanksgiving dinner when they found out we had no family in the area (we had only been renting from them for 5 months at that point). Upon moving out, we found them to also be fair: we cleaned really well, and Mrs. Elliot asked us to come back and clean a few more areas, but after she gave us her approval we received our entire deposit back. I highly recommend renting from this husband/wife company.
