This was a great experience. I have fibromyalgia so I was nervous to start anything. They were very understanding and didn't push me to do too much and hurt myself. They have a good selection of equipment and are very affordable!

I use their treadmill and weights. They do not have classes but they do have trainers to help improve your training. They are a great facility.
