Furniture - Sales
We bought a queen-sized bed frame and took it home to discover they had given us a full-size frame. We returned it and was told the queen-size was out of stock but they would give us an upgrade queen frame for the same price. After double checking with both clerks who told us it was indeed a queen, we took it home to discover it was a twin! We are returning it, asking for full credit and taking our business elsewhere---somewhere with better service, competence and integrity.
