I have been helping buyers and sellers make their move and invest since 1994 in primarily Corvallis, Albany and Philomath areas. I enjoy My work as an agent because I get to help each client make the right decision for them, whether that is to buy, sell or stay in place. I take pride in knowing my market so that I can answer questions from a position of knowledge and experience. This allows my clients to choose from all of the options and select what the best course of action is for them. I employ three full time support staff plus a buyer specialist, so that when I tell a client that we will take care of something for them, we do. I often work with sellers who are making not just a sale decision but a major life change, and our goal is to take care of all the details so they don't have to worry and stress. We can get bids, coordinate pre-listing repairs and advise you on what items to do and what not spend money on. For buyers, I search for the property, send alerts and even have a personalized website for each buyer, if they want, so that they can keep track of their properties when it is convenient for them. Once it is time to make the offer, I walk them through the process, coordinate everything from lending to inspections and closing. Keeping you informed step by step. Services we offer

We help buyers & sellers with their residential purchase or sale, with expanded services for sellers that can include coordinating contractors, clean up and basic improvements to increase value and appeal. Especially helpful for out of area clients. We also help investors purchase & sell investment real estate by evaluating the property based on income and expenses, Samantha owns several rental properties & is well versed rental evaluation and the issues related to owning investment property.

Services we don't offer

We do not do Property management, however I am very familiar with the local managers and will use may knowledge to recommend a quality manager if that is a route you want to explore. I do not work commercial real estate at this time with the exception of bare land, residential apartment complexes and manufactured home parks.

Very well. She was attentive, quick to respond, and great to work with. Although we did not end up purchasing a house, she was very helpful! I would absolutely use her again.

She represented my interests with a professionalism that included principled relationships with all parties, extensive experience with real estate transactions, thorough knowledge of the local market, prompt attention to my needs, reliability, and hard work. Samantha and her staff members were informative, effective, efficient, punctual, easily contacted, and made every effort to make the house-buying process as smooth and transparent as possible. I don't know the amount of her remuneration, but I am sure she earned every penny. I recommend her highly.

I would recommend them above all else. She is capable and simple. She is just a top quality person. If you do business with this company they provide a moving truck.
