I have been helping buyers and sellers make their move and invest since 1994 in primarily Corvallis, Albany and Philomath areas. I enjoy My work as an agent because I get to help each client make the right decision for them, whether that is to buy, sell or stay in place. I take pride in knowing my market so that I can answer questions from a position of knowledge and experience. This allows my clients to choose from all of the options and select what the best course of action is for them. I employ three full time support staff plus a buyer specialist, so that when I tell a client that we will take care of something for them, we do. I often work with sellers who are making not just a sale decision but a major life change, and our goal is to take care of all the details so they don't have to worry and stress. We can get bids, coordinate pre-listing repairs and advise you on what items to do and what not spend money on. For buyers, I search for the property, send alerts and even have a personalized website for each buyer, if they want, so that they can keep track of their properties when it is convenient for them.
