We used them in January. We have an annual contract with them. They originally put the air conditioning in the house. They come out twice a year for service. They are responsive and very friendly. We like them a lot.

They are on time, efficient and I think they do a good job. I think I can count on them doing a good job.

I have no complaints.

After getting bids from three local providers, we went with Rice. They were the middle bid, but we have used them to service our heater and have always had a positive experience, so we paid a little extra to maintain our strong relationship with the company. Their workers arrived on time and worked quickly. Their team was professional and met all their estimates for cost and time. A few days later there was a cold snap, and the heater wasn't working. They had someone out to our house in under an hour to fix the problem, which had been caused by some wires getting moved during the A/C install. We would definitely recommend using Rice for all your home heating and cooling needs.

The person doing the work did an excellent job. We have had no problems this last year with either the furnace or AC. This company is already scheduled to do this years service and cleaning.

Calvin Rice gave me the estimate the same day. All were very courteous, helpful, and cleaned up after the work was done. I'm very happy with the whole experience. They also gave me the necessary information to apply for the Energy Trust, State and Federal rebates.

He told me he had a heater just like mine. He tried to get a new thermostat but could not find one. Suggested I go to BiMart, told me exactly what to get, and he would stop by and install it if I called his cell phone. I found it; I called him, he came by that day and installed it at no charge.
