Brent Boyter hired a stager to give us tips on how to best present our house for sale. He also used a professional photographer to take pictures for the website created for our house. He did background work to help us know where to price our house. We had lots of interest immediately and an offer within a few days. Unfortunately, when this fell apart, he called all agents who had brought clients through, scheduled another realtor open house, and continued to advertise it well. We had another solid offer in less than a week. Brent really knows Corvallis real estate and keeps up to date on regulation changes. He is conscientious, hardworking, friendly and an overall great agent! This is the 4th house we have sold, and he is the best agent we have ever worked with. Wish he could move with us.

I would never use her again unless I had a very expensive house. She didn't pay enough attention to the home that we were trying to sell. We used her for eight months and she was unable to sell our home. She was not willing to negotiate.
