Great! They were prompt, professional and economical. We had not cleaned our carpet for 6 years (we are retired and take our shoes off) but things were looking a bit in need of cleaning anyway! We only wanted the living room and the hallway cleaned and they did a great job! I will hire them again!

Great...the carpets are almost 20 years old and we have pets (i.e., stains). The carpets look like new after cleaning. I've been using this vendor for at least 10 years and will continue to do so.

The owner and his wife do a great job. They're friendly and very careful. They're good to have around the house because the quality of their work is consistently good. I give them A all the way through. They let me know what my options are.

We just had some really great experience with them. They had a reasonable price, then they came back for no charge. That was the first time we used them, and they did a great job. They were just really conscientious, they worked hard, they made sure everything was made to our standards, and there was one place with a stain, and they said if it didn't go away, call them back and we did and they came back for no charge and fixed the problem.

The work they did was excellent. The price for the work was more than I had planned. Everything was basically perfect except for the price.

They came on time, assessed our needs, set up quickly and went to work. Both Copen and Sarah are friendly and easy to be around. They moved all furniture as needed and put everything back as before. Gave us good instructions as to when we could walk on the carpet, put smaller furniture back etc.

He was on time and very friendly. He moved all the furniture himself. Got right to work and was done in about an hour. The carpets smelled and looked great. They dried faster than another company I had in the past. I had a great experience.
