We knew we wanted a property on the green belts of Timber Hill. We noticed our home the day it came onto the multiple listings, there was'nt  even a picture of it yet. But we knew it was a perfect location, exactly what we wanted.  They did put some photos in the multiple listing, but we didn't want to fly across country without feeling sure that it was the right house for us. SO, just for us,  Patty created a detailed visual tour of the house, showing all the details of the property both inside and out. It was very helpful. After evaluating our options, we chose to use her recommendation for financing. Everything went smoothly and we have been in our house for almost 4 years now. It is perfect for us!

Working with Patty was amazing. She is very active and interested in her profession. And she understands what people need and goes the extra mile to help them.  Over a two year time period I could'nt count the number of times I called her and heard her say, I was over helping a client strip wall paper in her bathroom,  I made some pillows to go on a sofa, or I am planting some flowers to go on a clients front porch.  I remembering wishing that she could have helped me sell my house in Virginia.   We plan to stay in our house forever, but I we ever do sell it, I would hire Patty again,  I can't imagine a better realtor!
