Northwest Design House

From the initial meeting with Heather through the design, demolition, and installation we had a superb experience. Renovation while living in your home is never easy. Both Heather and Scott made sure it was as minimal of an intrusion as possible. We did new flooring and/or new countertops in a total of 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Heather took us to the showrooms for both the flooring and countertops and helped us pick out the type of material and colors. Her eye for coordination, and her willingness to truly listen to our desires, were outstanding. As the work began, any time we had questions or concerns Scott made himself immediately available to take care of those issues. As we went through the process they also kept us consistently updated as to where we were in relationship to the initial budget. Sometimes we made choices that cost more than the original budget and sometimes it was less, but we always knew where we were overall. Heather and Scott make a great team. We have no hesitation in recommending Northwest Design House, whether the work be a small job or a larger one. We will definitely use them again when we have additional work that needs to be done. They also have a new showroom where you can great design ideas.
