Quickly...done in one long day. He cleaned up after himself totally. Before the door arrived, a sub-contractor was adding a finish to it. He noticed a scratch. Norm went to bat for us and demanded a new door from the company before he would continue!

He is great. He is like an artist in his work. He is not very fast in doing his work but he charges fairly. He is the kind of person who believes in doing things right. He has been the lead contractor. What impresses me the most is that he treats our money as his money and makes the bill fair. If he has not done something correctly he will redo it. I don?t think you can ask for anything more than that. He is A+ overall.
