We discovered some water damage to a small section of siding and called Tim Martin to diagnose and fix the problem. He came out the next day. He found that there had been a very slow leak, probably over many years, where part of our flat roof joins a vertical exterior wall. The leak was caused by faulty construction at that point when the house was originally built. Upon tearing out the damaged siding, Tim and his crew found that the damage involved part of the structure and roof. The repair was complex and involved several weeks of work, including removing and then replacing a large window, replacing some of the framing, part of the roof, and the siding, We were impressed at how hard and how skillfully Tim and his crew worked. It was obvious that they took pride in their work and wanted to fix the problem so it would never happen again. In addition, Tim is great to work with and shows up when he says he will, which seems to be an unusual trait amongst contractors. We have no hesitation in recommending Tim Martin of Martin Fine Homes unconditionally.
