Mark is a super nice guy. My tenants even commented on it. He is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. He gave top notch service. My house was a two story 2,860 sq. ft. he used three colors and it looked great. Cost $5,900. I did hire him again for another house (1,950 sq. ft.) using the same colors. That house was $4700. I met with several painting contractors. Nothing against them, but with Mark I immediately felt like I found the right guy.
