The work went well. The workers are very good. The service keeps me around. They have high professionalism.

I had gotten an estimate some days before I had the work done; I thought it was a little expensive but I expected the results to be good so I made an appointment with them. They started work pretty quickly after my appointment time. I waited for the work to be done. They have a customer lounge with free popcorn and a small TV which is reasonably comfortable, however there is a strong and quot;tiresand quot; odor which didn't bother me but might bother some people. The work took a little longer than I thought it would, but I didn't get any of those scary surprises that you sometimes get when you take your car in to get worked on. The brakes perform well so I think they did a good job overall.

We had heard some horror stories about this location from some friends, but they continue to have work done at the shop, so we went ahead with it. Estimate process went smoothly. We took the car in on a Saturday to have the brake work done and told the counter person about the things we'd heard (to give them a heads-up and a chance to not make the same mistakes twice). Work was done on time, but the next morning we heard a scraping from the front wheels. On Monday, I took the car in to be checked and learned that a clip meant to hold the caliper assembly together hadn't been installed correctly. They fixed it and I went on my way. On the way to work, I heard scraping from the other wheel well and was told to bring the car back again. Later in the day, I did bring it back and it was fixed. Bottom line: The staff was friendly and fixed each problem quickly and free of charge, but by taking care the first time, we could have been saved a lot of time and trouble.

Very well - I was having trouble with noisy cornering and had been told at Schwab at a different location that I probably needed new tires. Brought it in to Corvallis (closer to work); rep listened well. Called with estimate for wheel bearing fix before doing work. They were also happy to explain to me afterward exactly what a wheel bearing is and what went wrong, without being condescending about it. Car was ready when they said it would be.
