KORONS is registered with the Oregon Corporation Division, and serves the beautiful Salem, Albany, and Corvallis areas with residential, commercial, and post-construction window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. KORONS is also available for glass restoration, such as hard water stain removal, failed tint removal, and paint over spray removal. When KORONS cleans your windows we use professional quality strip washers, soft rubber squeegees, and a green seal cleaning solution that leaves a brilliantly sparkling clean window every time. If the window has paint or other problem debris on it, we use a professional scrapper to remove it. After the window is clean, we touch up the glass with glass grade steel or bronze wool. This steel or bronze wool will not scratch the glass (not even tempered glass) and removes anything left behind, like sticker gunk, tiny paint speckles, and even light hard water stains. Glass restoration is very important for some jobs. Don't spend hundreds of dollars replacing that foggy window. Let us examine your window to determine if it is able to be restored. "I agreed to clean your windows inside and out for only for $250 per your request, even though my normal price was $294. It was not my intention to avoid doing the inside windows when I started the job (as you accused me of in your complaint), but after experiencing your negative attitude, and unpleasant disposition, I decided to end our business relationship after completing just the outsides. The cussing and the threats, and the cruel things you guys said to me over the phone were undeserved. I know that you make a lot of money and are not accustom to a lowly service provider having the audacity to tell you “no” but I felt it necessary. I do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I did a great job on your windows, and you paid only $2.50 per outside window, although my normal price is $4.00 per outside window. You got a great deal, and I always do a beautiful job. I worked on your outside windows for about a day and a half. I got them looking beautiful, for about half of what I would normally charge, and you are still requesting a full refund just because I refused to wash your insides as well? Not awesome. I offer a money back guarantee if the quality of the cleaning is poor, not just because a customer is upset that I will not do more work for them. It should not be a problem for you to simply hire anther business to clean your inside windows. I referred you to Jim at Bekon Call Window Cleaning in Corvallis Oregon. I spoke with him today as a curtsy follow up for you, and he told me that he left you a voice mail, and that he would be glad to give you a free estimate for just your inside windows. If a company is telling you that they must clean your windows inside and out even though the outsides have already been cleaned by a professional (as you mentioned in your complaint.) they are just taking advantage of you. Give Jim a call, he'll do a quality job for you and your windows will look great."

Koron's prices are extremely reasonable. I authorized the work and he started immediately. I don't know what his magic cleaning solution is but my windows are so clean and sparkling that you have to touch the glass to make sure that there is something there. For a nominal fee he also cleaned the window screens.
Koron is definitely a professional. He does not rush through the work to be done. He takes pride in making sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction before he leaves the job.
