JEFF PRENOVEAU GENERAL CONTRACTOR

I have never had the opportunity of a remodel so I did not know what to expect, except from what I had heard from other people. Like hope you have a strong marriage,etc.Jeff made sure every step of this process went smooth, from the original planning and estimate to the very end finishing steps. He knew how to get things done and worked very well keeping the sub contractors in check with what was needed to be done next. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and if he wasn't still there he would come back and keep us up to date of what was going to happen next. I never did ask how long it would take and as the demolition was occurring I was afraid to ask, but I did. He told me he was hoping for 4-6 weeks. I'm looking around the, what used to be an icky small kitchen and now it was icky-er. I'm thinking 4-6 to weeks?, ok. Not. But the closer we got to 6 weeks I was amazed. In 6 weeks I had a beautiful kitchen that every time I walk into it my heart was so happy. Now that's what I call eye candy. Jeff had some really good ideas to help me accomplish what I wanted for an end result. My opinion is, you'd be crazy not to have him work with you. He is very meticulous wanting everything perfect, and it was.  He kept saying your going to get tired of seeing me here everyday and the good thing was, he was here everyday, working very hard so everyday I got to see progress. He also did several other smaller projects around my home to help pull everything together to make it all look gorgeous. He got to know my pups very well and was kind enough to let them out while I was still working. And gave them biscuits of course. Wonderful contractor and person. Highly recommended from us.

A pipe broke, causing a leak. Insulation had to be removed, ceiling replaced, and repainted, damage repaired throughout the facility. Jeff and his team were always courteous and respectful of the business we conitinued to run while they worked around us.
