Mr. Good continually failed to show up when he said he would, and when I did manage to catch him in person he was ... crotchety. I explained what I wanted done with the trees when we spoke, and my husband also explained to him when Mr. Good came to do the estimate that we wished to have the two trees in our backyard trimmed. He agreed to do the job. When he arrived to do the job I wasn't home, but my husband said he trimmed one tree, then said he wasn't going to trim the ornamental tree because it was "too messy". What? Now I have to call another tree company, go through the bidding process and wait for them to come because this guy didn't do what he said he would. Big fail.
