I like that he communicates with me. I just started using him a month ago because the other landscaper didn't communicate with me and didn't call me back and they didn't get things done. He looked over my yard and told me things that needed to be done. I needed some repair work done due to the fact that the last person didn't keep things up like they should have. He told me the rationale behind that and what he felt would be helpful. He quoted me the price. He will send me an email to let me know if he can't do something because of the weather. I don't have to guess at what was or was not done. He is very responsive. He is always here when he says he will be here. He is going to put in a garden for me and my neighbor has also switched to him.
