In both cases the installation went smoothly and was high quality.  Even better was their personal service when we bought the carpet and flooring from them. We had tons of questions but they patiently worked with us over several months to help us figure out exactly what we needed. They were always very friendly and pleasant.  Plus, they've been in business a long time and are deeply knowledgeable about flooring.

They came out and measured for carpet. We went into the office to pick the type of carpet and ordered it. It came on time on the date they said it would. They did several special patch jobs where under the carpet it was not flat. They fixed that before installing the carpet. When it was time to install it, they were in and out in a few short hours. I was surprised. I examined it for quality before the installers left and I could not find anything that I wanted them to fix so... job well done. I would hire them again!

I am so happy with both installations. I felt like my concerns were addressed and the jobs were handled professionally.

We worked with several people at Integrity, all whom were knowledgeable about the products they sell. The floor looks great and was installed well. Everyone was punctual and did exactly what they said they would do.
We did have a concern, but it was resolved to our satisfaction. They initially recommended and quoted us a price for underlayment that was not the correct material to install under Marmoleum. If we had used it, it would have voided our warranty. Our installer caught the mistake when he came to preview the job, so it was caught in time, but we were worried that the total cost of the job would be higher than the competitor, who we didn't go with because Integrity's price was lower. Integrity didn't even charge us for the more expensive underlayment because it was their mistake. So, it was nice to see that Integrity has...you know...integrity!
As a side note, the installer that contracted with Integrity to do our job was Ryan Case. He was professional and experienced, and the install went off perfectly. I will ask for him by name when it comes time to have more flooring installed.

Everything went as promised.

They came to the house and did the measurements. A week later we picked out the colors and flooring we wanted . At that time they gave us a firm price for the materials and installation. We paid for it and they ordered the materials. In about two weeks we got a call that they had all the materials and were ready to do the install. We set up the time and the installer came on time. It took some time to do all the prep work and get everything in but he was very good. By the time he left it was ready for the commode to be reinstalled and the bath was ready to go. Very good people and very professional installation.

They do counter tops as well. Overall, the job went excellent. They were very quick to come out and measure. They were very quick on returning the estimate. We were on a short turn around and they worked with us very well on getting an installer out here as soon as they could. The installer was very personable and he did very high quality work. Overall, we were very happy with the product as well that we picked. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The service was great, everything was done as promised. I thought the staff was helpful without being pushy. Honest folks, let us take our time. We have been happy with the work. We had to have them come back to fix something, they did so promptly and cheerfully. No complaints.

We did not meet the deadline for installation, but that was not the fault of Integrity. I waited until the last minute to order the carpet and then bad weather hit all over the east coast and midwest, delaying the carpet by about a week. What impressed me however, was that the owner of Integrity called me at each critical date and updated me on the status of my order, which I appreciated.
Installers were friendly, courteous and professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. My only complaint was that upon completion of the installation, they didn't sweep or vacuum leaving carpet threads which was disappointing because instead of walking in and thinking "what beautiful new carpet", I thought "oh, what's this mess?"
But overall, I am quite pleased with the carpet and the service.

Their quality of work and professionalism stood out. The carpet is beautiful. When I got the same quote for the same type of carpet at the competition's place, they quoted me $3000. The guy was great. The men who installed the carpet were really nice. They work very hard and are very noble.
