We asked Hong to meet with us and give us a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of our house to give us an idea of whether we were in the right ball park of asking price. We let Hong know from the outset that we were planning to try FSBO (for sale by owner) first, but that if this didn't work, we would likely seek an agent. Hong was extremely friendly, open, frank, and not at all condescending. She didn't hesitate to give us an estimate of the price we could probably ask for our house -- and how that might be different with or without an agent. (This contrasts with our experience with another agent, who accepted our offer to meet with us, but refused to tell us the price she might ask -- and didn't let us know ahead of time that this was not something she would do for us.)
We had good luck and it looks like our sale is going to go through, so we won't need an agent -- but if we had, we'd definitely have gone with Hong. She was great!

She was a great help

Wonderful! Hong guided me through the process from start to finish. In a tough real estate market, she brought me an offer (at my asking price) in two days. She was always on top of problems, and I never had to wait more than an hour for her to return my calls, including on weekends. Straightforward, honest, and extremely efficient. HIGHLY recommended.

Hong Wolfe was an attentive, dedicated real estate agent. She was very "no nonsense" in her approach, earning our trust immediately. She did not try and steer us toward a home that was outside of our price range. She listened carefully to our goals, found homes that worked within the guidelines we gave and was a tremendous help as we narrowed our choices. Throughout the process, she raised excellent questions about the properties, discovered potential problems that we had not noticed on our own and suggested possible solutions. Hong made herself available regardless of our own work schedules. She sent us updates via email, as I had requested. And the outcome was better than we had imagined. She was dedicated, honest, dependable, and extremely hard-working. If we have other real estate needs in the future, we will definitely use her again.
