 + -1 moreVan sent us a worksheet that itemized each item we should bring to him prior to our arrival at his office. He checked in with us periodically to see if we had any questions or needed any help tracking down certain requirements the list had. Once he had all the paperwork he needed Van met with my wife and I. He had prepared for the meeting prior to us getting together and had worksheets and conservative estimates done to go over. Now that my wife and I are in the middle of the house hunt for the second time, Van will periodically check in to give us an update on interest rates, answer questions about credit scores, and give valuable input on the buying process.
Description of Work: Van has helped my family and I with two mortgage loans now. He was highly recommended to me by a co-worker back in 2009. That recommendation was 100% accurate. To say my wife and I are impressed by Van as a mortgage specialist would be an understatement. Van has perfected his craft and delivers the whole picture to you as the buyer. He has an uncanny ability to make you feel at ease as he presents not just the hard numbers, but a game plan as well. Van goes above and beyond each time we interact with him. As long as he is in business, my family and I will be using him and recommending him.
