In contrast to the other agent we met with (Hong Wolfe), Dava was not willing to give us any estimate of the price she would sell the house for. She only let us know this when she met with us, not in response to our invitation which specifically asked for this service -- which we felt was misleading. She claimed that pricing info was part of the services she would only provide if we hired her. She lost any potential business with us right there -- because A) it was misleading, and B) a rough price estimate is the way a real estate agent can demonstrate their value, by letting the seller know how much MORE they might make on the sale if they go with an agent. Dava ran through every page of an informational binder, but didn't seem to catch on that we already knew most of what she was presenting -- and she kept trying to tell us how hard it would be to sell ourselves. This was a further turnoff. Dava was a nice woman, but we did not appreciate her demeanor as an agent.
