The final cost of the project was nearly double the estimate and took months longer. He was very sllick. His mistakes cost us money almost always in labor which went into his pocket. We later found out that he was taking credit for the design of the house plan which was a Katrina cottage design and that he had taken credit for the walkway that we had to have done by another contractor because he was so far over budget, and deadlines. Two years after the project was done we found out that he had not completed the final paperwork for the city, which will bring on new head aches when we want to sell .
