gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreThat week it rained very hard, and in the middle of the night my gutters overflowed so badly that water ran down my second floor deck and into my bay window below. I called them and told them about it, and they said, they couldn't do anything about it. They suggested that I clean my downspouts! I was flabbergasted. I assumed "cleaning the gutters" included cleaning the downspouts. They said no, it didn't. Finally, after several phone calls they came out and took 10 minutes to clean the downspout that was clogged. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters (it wasn't cheap).
