Alan Butts visited the home and provided an estimate. An electrician and apprentice arrived on time. This was quite a large job involving working from the attic and inside. They were efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They asked for our input when slight decisions had to be made. This company has worked for us on previous assignments and always has done excellent work in a timely manner.

Over all they worked with me to keep costs down. They were able to do the rough in in two days and passed inspection without issue. I was not ready for them when I had anticipated and they were able to move the start date without issue. I was still able to stay on schedule. The crew worked fast and methodical. The rough out is still pending but based on what I see I have been thoroughly impressed.

I have used them in the past before and they're excellent. I like them a lot. Their pricing was pretty average.

They were great. They knew the code. There were requirements that I wasn't aware of for hooking it up outside. I didn't have to worry about it, they took care of everything. It is all up to code. The price was a little on the high side. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this company again.

I thought it was going pretty well and most of the work was done well. The problem was at the end, they just didn't get it completely done. Lights that wouldn't work, phone plugs not connected, ceiling fans that were new and didn't work. It seems like they weren't organized enough to make a list and get things complete. How many times do we have to point at a ceiling fan and ask you to fix it before you get the idea we want you to fix it? After weeks of being ignored, I realized that only by calling up and being mean, would they come and finish. So, I started with the office manager and stated that I wanted them to show up and finish. Passed off to the owner, I got the "we will be there tomorrow," and "the part wasn't in, but tomorrow it will be" excuses. They sent one of their guys and he completed the job, almost. Summary, nice guys, did 95% of the work, then didn't finish it completely. Maybe if a general contractor is sitting over them with a hit list and calling everyday, it works better? There must be someone better out there.
