Josh did a great job figuring out what was leaking, and fixing it for the lowest cost. During his visit, he took the time to educate me about some of the fine details of how the system works. He really knows these systems. He also followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was performing to expectation.

system and professional. He was very helpful in helping me understand how to
use the system efficiently and providing follow up information. His rates are
reasonable and his service is outstanding.

The process was fine as it always is with Mr. Storer. He listens to what you want and then produces that product to perfection. He found the low-maintenance flooring for the deck. I have had no trouble with the deck since it was built.
The dog door entrance works very well; I have had no trouble with it. I also like the way it looks very much.
Mr. Storer's work is superb. He has bachelors degree in physics which gives me absolute confidence in his technical knowledge. He is a perfectionist. In this case, he cut the skirting to match the gentle slop of a brick patio that was at both ends of the deck. He also put skirting in holes that others might have missed, but make the deck look much nicer. He cut the bottom step of the deck to match the brick patio. The structure is very, very solid. It is undergirded with 4 X 12and quot; beams; the railings are 2 X 6and quot; boards screwed solidly into the floor. I am very happy with the deck and use it daily as a back entrance to my house.
Mr. Storer had done a lot of work for me before prior to starting his radiant heating business. He listens, he is very nice to work with, and he has a special gift for solving difficult problems in an elegant simple way. He is very, creative. For me, he has modified doors, built a small kitchen countertop, fixed the drawers in my refrigerator, done fencing and created a dog door among other things. Always his work consists of the finest craftmanship.
This kind of perfection does come with a price, so his work tends to be expensive. However, it is so good, that for me, it was worth the price.

His work and attention to detail is incredible. He is very intelligent. He works slowly and his price is a little higher but his work is absolutely perfect.
