House Cleaning
When I returned home after the first visit, I found standing water on the kitchen floor and 2 bathroom floors (not just damp), all bathroom faucets still had hard water deposits, there were still spots on the kitchen floor that had not been cleaned. When I called and explained my dissatisfaction with the cleaning and said I was canceling future services, I was informed that this had been a "deep cleaning" and 2 days later I received a bill for an additional $70, almost double the agreed upon price during the initial visit. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the cleaning, she interrupted, yelling at me and hung up.
