They get a lot better information and he knows what he was doing.  It didn't cost anything because the disk network paid him.  He's responsive.  He answers questions.  He makes sure everything works out and explains it to you.  He works by himself quickly.

David arrived on time and went about his work to get the dish and wire installed, then as other reviewers have reported, he very patiently explained how it all worked. We had just acquired a new TV after using the same old JC Penney dinosaur since 1984, so were a bit stymied by all the bells and whistles on the new one. Since I hadn't unpacked the DVD, we just got the TV going and he went over how to use both the DISH receiver and the new TV as well. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Then, two months later after many frustrating attempts to get our DVD to work, I called David to see if he would come back and get that figured out for us. He offered to come by the next day as he would be in the area, well, 25 miles from here, but I guess people who install satellite systems are used to driving around in the country. He figured out the issue was with programming that new TV and got it working, showed us how to get things working via the DISH remote, and then refused any payment. He said usually he would do all that upon installation. I just didn't have the DVD unpacked yet! Again, that was above and beyond anything we expected.

This is the 3rd time we have used Dave. He is always polite, answers our questions, and works efficiently. This move caused a challenge for him because the house is 3 stories and very high off the ground. Dave found a way to get a temporary dish set up for us until we can get some trees cleared up. He spent a few hours going on a and quot;treasure huntand quot; to find the previous cabling and getting cabling into the 4 rooms we want to set up with the Dish system. He is very committed to serving the customer and will do what it takes to get you hooked up. He will have to make a second trip out once we get the trees cut and was fine with setting us up with a temp set up until then. He also found a way to put the dish in an easy accessible location.

I decided to go with David and his and quot;an Orion Satelliteand quot; because he was local. He was on time and provided the most friendly, instructional installation of our first satellite DishTV service.The process took about 1 1/2 hours and it was painless.Even if we move, he said he would transfer the dish and service.I have called him since with a question and he was very helpful and prompt with reply.During the installation, he received calls from his customers who had questions about operating their TV.David was very kind and helpful with these people. This gave me great confidence in my decision.I don't think I have had a more friendly professional experience in Eugene.
I can't imagine a better provider of this service.
