When I called them, the response was incredible. After the truck was packed, I never opened it. He actually accused me of opening the truck and adding more items that caused the damage. He also accused me of causing the damage by using their truck to drive my items to storage. These scenarios had no grounds in reality and they are completely unfounded. The experience was really bad.
