They started on the exact day they said they would. Yay! I was not on site for the first few days but they cranked right along and got things done, so when I showed up on the 2nd or 3rd day, they were well into the job. They were very obliging when I added on a few extra tasks, & got them all done and simply added them on as an hourly charge, no problems. Plus, they were nice, professional, warm, and went that exxxxxxtra step (answering calls promptly, returning emails, etc - all the little things that make an experience either reeeeally easy, or a total pain in the neck. They definitely made this one of the easiest contractor experiences I have EVER had.
Next month they will be replacing and enlarging a window, as well as fixing rotten deck boards, gutters, railing, and so on for another property we own.
Can't say enough good things about these guys!
