didnt show up at time scheduled. didnt call. finally called two hours later wich was 7pm and showed up but now charge after hours cost. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Used them a couple of times for routine maintenance and one repair. Had an easy issue to fix on New Years Eve, the on call guy helped me figure it out over the phone and got me back up and running! Great service! Will use them again.

Excellent. Based on a small furnace exhaust repair they did for us a few years ago, we hired them again. Initially considered just relocating the noisy condenser away from patio seating area. Looking at those prices, and price to replace a 26 year old furnace, opted for full replacement. Hybrid offered a very reasonable price, did the work in one long day with a crew of very professional workers. Now we have a very efficient modern furnace which works much better than original.

Very well. The team was very responsive and careful about the installation. They came on time, finished when they said they would,and didn't come back to me saying they needed more money for something unexpected. They were very good about showing me how to work my new systems. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are FANTASTIC. I was dreading calling a service company for my furnace but Hybrid was great to work with. They came out next day to clean and troubleshoot my furnace. Roy was professional, friendly, and fast. He realized the circuit board was probably bad and the next day he had the new one in. Turned out there were some broken wires and he was back as soon as the parts were in to fix those as well, for free. These guys take care of their customers (they may have lost money on me from the few return trips they made but still treated me with exceptional service) and are very fair on price. I would definitely hire again.

Everything has been under warranty so there has not been any cost. They installed a heat pump and I wish that I would have put a bigger one in the house than the one I was told.

Dwayne and Erik did the actual install. Holes were cut in sheet rock, outside walls. Units mounted wher I wanted on inside walls and all dust cleaned up. They even moved back a bookcase I had mover to give them room. All exterior menetrations were neatly caulked. Line conceal was very neatly done and two sets of lines and one drain combined for the final line conceal run from the eaves down to the condensing unit, Final line bends were very nicely done.The other drain was carefully concealed by my flashing and brought down to the second location I had chosen.
The two showed up with an electrician Mike Capshaw exactly when promised. Plans for the install and electrical work thoroughly discussed with me. They made some suggestions about specific routing and locations and when doing the work made some suggestions for minor changes that improved appearance and convenience for me. They were finished, cleaned up every scrap and were gone by the time they had told me at the beginning of the job.
The electrical work was the best add on I had seen, and there have been some done in my garage.

The price wasn’t anywhere near what I thought it would be. They were very friendly, and more than willing to explain what the purpose of all of that was and why it was dripping. I'm a teacher, so I really appreciate that I got an education that day. He was very knowledgeable, and very willing to explain what caused the problem and what he was doing to fix it and why. I certainly would use him again in the future.

Everything went extremely well. I was most impressed with the way each installer greeted me and shook my hand when they arrived. Each of them were professional and courteous. I had a similar system installed in another house I owned about 8 years ago and those installers looked like guys that were just picked up off the street. Also, the previous job seemed to drag on for about a week. Hybrid had my old furnace removed, the new furnace, A/C, condenser, and control panel install within 6 hours!! I was totally amazed and VERY impressed. I waited until now 4/23 to write a review because I wanted to make sure everything was totally completed (inspection, first months use, etc). This way I could write a thorough and comprehensive review. The salesman/main contact, Justin, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He was straight to the point, didn't waste time, and provided all the information I needed to make a confident decision. Price wise, Hybrid was the lowest price but that was not the only reason I chose them. I read every review I could find on them (not just on Angie's List) and felt good about my choice. I will definitely refer other people to them for their HVAC needs!

Price quote was higher than other quotes, but they were willing to work with me on finding a discount and modifying the design a bit. In then end, one of the items they deleted from the quote (media filter unit) they ended up providing for free. They did a very thorough heating load calculation. Chris borrowed the existing plans for my house, went to Kinkos to get a copy and then brought them back just in time for the second company to do their quote. It turns out that the second company's estimates were off by over 50% and they would have given me a 3 ton AC instead of a 5 ton AC. Work crew was very professional and able to get around the "quirkiness" of my custom-built home.

They were great. We have a heat pump and it was not heating appropriately. They had to replace a circuit there. They bought what the system would usually have but then realized the modifications made to the heat pump that they hadn't noticed. So, they changed that and did it very quickly and free of charge.

Our heat pump was not working and the thermostat showed a malfunction and siad that the auxilary heat was on, not the heat pump. We called Hybrid and they sent a service man out within 4 hours. He was a little later than the time range he sid he would be there, but called when he knew he'd be a little late, so we knew to expect that. He did a complete system check and found that the heat pump had shut down, probably due to overheating. The house is fairly new to us and we hadn't cleaned the filters as often as we should, so that was probably the reason for the shut down. He reset the sytem, we cleaned the filters, and everything is working fine. He stayed a little over an hour and charged $90, no parts were needed. We felt we got good service for a good price and will use them again when we need to.

Our furnace would not come on. Thinking it might be the filter needing cleaning, we did that and could not get the cover back on. We called Hybrid and it was about 4:00 p.m. and the tech on duty was heading home. The clerk called him and he made a special trip back to our house. He checked it out and showed us that the heat pump may not be running efficiently. He switched to emergency heat to get us thru the weekend and scheduled to come back Monday or Tuesday for a precision tune up. That was done and everything is working good. The filter cover was bent and he fixed that. We paid and signed up for a prepaid maintenance agreement.

They did great work. The work they did for me most recently was on my personal home. I had used them for some of my construction sights. They were superior to other contractors I had used for heating and air conditioning and it was because of that work that I chose to use them in my personal home.
