I spent $360. We took the chair to them. They were prompt in finishing it. We had an issue with them not using the right upholstery but they fixed it right away. They did the job in 2 weeks and we sent it back for them to correct it so it took about 2 and a half to 3 weeks.

The product did not arrive when it was promised the first week, and then when it showed up the second week, they had the wrong product. When they finally got the right product the 3rd week, the installer showed up and was very unprofessional. He didn't have a shop vac, no tarp, no blade for his jigsaw, and eventually he broke his tape measure and I had to loan him one of mine so he could finish the job and I could get him out of here. I did negotiate $200 off the price when it didn't show up for 3 weeks, but I'm still not happy with the overall job. I would not use them again or recommend them. I wouldn't let them carpet my dog house.

Poor work. Had to point out areas to be redone. Final outcome very unsatisfactory. Neither the upholsterer nor the owner apologized or followed up. Poor workmanship, poor salesmanship, poor professionalism.

THE FABRIC SELECTION WAS SO SO. THE WORK DONE WAS ADEQUATE, BUT NOT GREAT. THE WORK HAS HELD UP SO FAR. THE CHAIRS WERE READY WHEN PROMISED, AND THE STAFF WAS POLITE.
