Jim, the owner of the company, is a delight to work with. He will come and pick up the blinds and install them at delivery. We have older and original blinds in some of our rentals and he is able to get them clean and repaired at a most reasonable cost. He has repaired and cleaned faux wood blinds, metal blinds, and repaired the broken cords and replaced missing wands. He is always responsive and will try accommodate rush jobs.

Jim was awesome!! Slipped off his shoes when he came into my home. Took down all of our blinds, numbering as he removed them. Loaded them into his van and was off. He was very sweet to my horse dog (english Mastiff) who really wanted to help him. He was very professional and personable - i would recommend/use him again in a new york minute.

I had seven sets of blinds, 3 faux wood, 4 mini metal, in need of cleaning. Doing them by hand myself helped, but it just didn't really get them clean. I put in a call to Jim, and in about 10 minutes he got back to me. He gave me a price which sounded good (turned out it was very good), came out the next day, took down blinds to take to his shop for the cleaning, returned and hung them the following day. No muss, no fuss, no problem. Smooth as clockwork.

Jim Davis is one great guy. This man knows his business. Easy to talk with and work with. He was efficient and fast. He even went out of his way to help me hang a large picture. It had nothing to do with the blind work he was doing for me. He just helped me out and for no charge. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jim arrived on time and fixed all the blinds perfectly. He had all the replacement pieces needed and cleaned up the dirty strings, cut the ultra-long strings to length, and also fixed the blinds so they didn't crash down on the window sills. It sounds simple, but getting parts for these things is a pain, and they are not easy to figure out. He was a pleasure to have around. Charged me $39 for an hour, plus $6 for parts. SO worth it, after dealing with this aggravating broken stuff for years.

I was completely impressed. He diagnosed the problem over the phone. He showed up right at the appointed hour. He was personable and professional. He took time to do the job correctly. I have no basis to determine if the price was reasonable but it seemed to be fair and saved hundreds over replacing the blinds.

He was punctual he did what I wanted him to do and he was very accommodating. He did a good job.

They did an excellent job. The guy is really nice, plus I asked him to clean some fabric blinds in the living room. Jim Davis told me that you couldn't wash them, but you just had to dust them, so he is honest.
