I WOULD SAY THAT HE WAS JUST STRAIGHT FORWARD. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE GAVE US ADVICE ON REPAIR AND HE WAS VERY THOROUGH. IF HE SAW SOMETHING, HIS EXPLANATIONS WERE VERY GOOD. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUES.
